fresh peeled beetroot
Mix your olive oil, a sprinkle of salt & pepper, balsamic vinegar & lemon juice and apple cider vinegar together in a glass bowl. (add ingredients a little at a time and taste as you go).
In a separate bowl add the white wine vinegar and some salt and pepper, then finely slice the red onions and radish. Add to the vinegar and leave to chill in the fridge.
