Supported by our sponsor Coastal Housing we are currently developing an exciting range of new Green Roof Products that will make it easier to fit and retro install Green Roofs onto existing flat and pitched roofs.

We have installed test panels and are currently monitoring their development at a site on Gower.
We will:
• Create three alternative green roof sample packs for the trail
• Research and analyse through a side-by-side comparison of the three test roofs
• Test resulting growth
• Bio take up
• Soil and root structure
• Wear and erosion on roof structure
from live plugs to established plants
Working with local company Celtic Wild Flowers we are testing and researching the impact of different substrates and drainage types on our test panels.
